Magpie Cottage is situated in a delightful setting along a quiet country lane, leading from South Brewham, set amongst trees, large hedgerows and beautiful views of King Alfred’s Tower and the Kings Wood Warren.

 The cottage was originally an old stone cowstall that was converted in 1987 and is set next to the former 16th Century farmhouse lies in approximately 14 acres (Home to a small flock of sheep).

The Lounge

Magpie has been tastefully decorated, and furnished to a high standard.

The Lounge/dining room is enhanced with solid pine dining room furniture and Crozon upholstered twin settees that centre on the natural stone fireplace with Yeoman stove and colour television. The double bedroom has twin pine beds and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower (New for 2007),basin and toilet.

There is a large galley kitchen, fully equipped (including electric cooker/hob, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker). 

Adjoining is the utility room with gas central heating boiler, washing machine and ample room for "Rovers" rub down after his walk.

Payment of electricity, and gas is included in the rent, bed linen and towels supplied free, (duvets, covers, and bottom sheets)

One well-behaved pet accepted free (by prior arrangement).

Child welcome, Cot, and high chair supplied free.    Access statement available.

Ample parking space. No Smoking in the cottage please (there is a large private garden!).
